Beauty Pass is a world of exclusive privileges, rewards and benefits at Sephora. Members of the exclusive Beauty Pass program get access to these benefits, depending on the Beauty Pass membership tier.
Enrolling for Beauty Pass membership in India is very simple. All you need to do is to make a purchase from any of our Stores across the country or from Sephora.in.
Sephora Beauty Pass has two membership tiers in India. You are automatically enrolled as a Sephora Beauty Pass White Tier Member on your first purchase with Sephora India (regardless of whether you buy in store or online). You can also upgrade to a Sephora Beauty Pass Black Tier membership.
Once you are a White Tier member, you will automatically be upgraded to the Black Tier when the total value of your purchases at Sephora India (across Sephora.in as well as stores) exceeds Rs. 18,000. This will allow you to access and enjoy the exclusive benefits associated with the Black Tier. Alternatively, you can also enroll to the Black Tier by completing a single purchase (one invoice) worth Rs. 15,000
No. Once you are a Sephora Beauty Pass Black Tier member, you will remain in the Black Tier, and you can continue enjoying the associated benefits.
Your mobile number that you registered (either on Sephora.in or at any of our Stores across the country) at the time of your first purchase with Sephora India serves as your membership number. You do not need any other membership number.
All members receive 1 point for every Rs. 75 spent.
Your Beauty Pass points can be redeemed against exciting offers once you accumulate a certain number of points. As a Sephora Beauty Pass White Tier member, once you accumulate 150 points, you can redeem these against a one time, flat 5% discount on your next purchase. As a Sephora Beauty Pass Black Tier member, you can also avail the one time 5% discount on redeeming 150 points, but you also have the option to accumulate 300 points and redeem these against a one time 10% discount on your next purchase. These point redemptions are currently allowed at any of our Stores across the country. The points redemption is not currently applicable for online purchases.
You do not need to make any purchases to receive your Welcome gift that you are entitled to as a Black Tier member. You can just walk in to any of our Stores across the country and collect your welcome gift anytime within 30 days from the date of your Black Tier membership enrolment / upgrade.

You do not need to make any purchases to receive your birthday gift that you are entitled to as a Black Tier member. You can just walk in to any of our Stores across the country and collect your birthday gift during the birthday month.

Not to worry! Your purchases as part of any promotional offer, or using a coupon code or availing 5% or 10% Off Reward still entitle you to:
- Earn your Beauty Pass points; and
- Accumulate spend towards achieving or maintaining your Beauty Pass tier status.
Unless otherwise specified in the Terms & Conditions for that specific promotion or offer.
It is mandatory to use the registered mobile number at the time of making the purchase. We will not be able to credit points into your account if the mobile number has not been provided or a different mobile number has been provided at the time of making your purchase.
How long does it take for points to be credited to my account after making a purchase?
In case of purchases made in-store, you will receive your points within 3 working days following the purchase.
However, in case of purchases made online, you will receive your points 15 days after the delivery of the products to you.

Redeeming your Beauty Pass points will not affect your Beauty Pass tier progress or qualification. You will continue enjoying your tier benefits once you achieve the membership tier.
Unfortunately, we do not allow merging of multiple accounts at the moment.
Not to worry, you can either reach out to our Customer Service Team here or approach any of our Beauty Advisors in store. We'll help you to cancel your account and re-apply for a new account. Upon verification, your old points balance will be transferred to your new account within 7 working days.
Your Beauty Pass Membership is currently restricted to Sephora India. You cannot earn or redeem your points while shopping overseas.
