How do I place an order?

Shopping with Sephora India is easy

1. Log on to Sephora.in
2. To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to Bag' with your desired quantity.
3. To review your items, click on the 'Bag' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
4. Select from the various coupon codes or if you have an applicable ‘Coupon Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully selected / entered the code.

When you're ready to place your order:

5. Click on ‘Checkout’.
6. If you have not already logged in or verified your mobile number, you will be prompted to do so. Follow the instructions.
7. Once you have verified your mobile number, fill in your preferred Shipping Address (don't forget to save that address for future convenience).
8. Select your desired Payment Option and then click on ‘Pay xxxxx’ to proceed with the payment.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

Where is my order confirmation number?

An order confirmation number is only generated for online orders - once you've successfully placed your order online on the Sephora Website, you will receive an email containing the details of your order.

The order confirmation number begins with 'FY'

How do I know if my order went through?

You can track your order status via Orders if your order was made while signed in. Your order status should show 'Placed' and you should have received an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order.

Why does my order status show 'Payment Pending'?

Typically, the 'Payment Pending' status occurs when payment is unsuccessful. However, if payment is in fact unsuccessful, you should have received an email from us with instructions to reattempt payment.
Unable to reattempt payment or didn't get a payment failure email?
Please refrain from re-creating your order to prevent duplication! Get in touch with our Customer Service Team here
Paid but order status has not been updated after 24 hours?
Our Customer Service Team can help to verify your payment and resend an order confirmation email. Please reach out to us here

Can I make changes to or cancel my order once it's been placed?

Unfortunately, once you successfully make an order, we're not able to make any further changes like shipping method upgrades or change in quantities for your beauty haul. As Sephora is not liable for replacements or refunds for parcels that have been delivered to incorrect addresses provided, we always suggest reviewing your bag and shipping details before you check out!

Please check the terms and conditions of your voucher regarding redemption eligibility including but not limited to:
- Voucher Expiration Date
- Applicability of voucher to items in the cart
- Other exclusions such as not using the voucher with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards redemption

What do I do when items in my bag are out of stock?

In the event that your item is unavailable, please click 'Delete' located under the specific item. This will not affect the rest of the items in your cart.

We know you love our products - we do too! Unfortunately, we do not allow bulk purchases and typically limit selected products to 2-6 pieces per item/variant/shade per customer. Products and samples are intended for personal and non-commercial use only.

In the event of a bulk purchase, Sephora reserves the right to:
- Conduct transaction verification processes relating to an order,
- Decline or cancel your order,
- Reduce the quantity of your order, and/or
- Terminate your account without prior notice.
