2. Properly prep nails and cuticles for optimal adhesion. Aka, push back cuticles, trim, file, and buff.
3. Apply 1 thin coat of any RapiDry™ Quick-Dry Lacquer and cap the free edge.
Pro tip: Use Clearly Fast as a protective base coat and shine-boosting top coat.
