Step 2 Volume: Aqua (Water), Paraffin, Hydrogenated Olive Oil Stearyl Esters, Glyceryl Stearate, Polyacrylate-21, Butylene Glycol, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Polybutene, Vp/Eicosene Copolymer, Steareth-21, Candelilla Cera (Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax), Palmitic Acid, Stearic Acid, Steareth-2, Aminomethyl Propanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Silica, Hydroxyacetophenone, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Chlorphenesin, Aluminum Hydroxide, Trideceth-6 Phosphate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Sodium Dilauramidoglutamide Lysine, Dipropylene Glycol, Methicone, Glyceryl Caprylate, Disodium Phosphate, Sodium Phosphate, Polysorbate 60, [+/- Ci 77499 (Iron Oxides), Ci 77007 (Ultramarines)]

Place the wand at the base of upper lashes, and wiggle it back and forth to coat the base of the lashes. Then, pull the wand upwards towards the tip of the lashes. Pull through and move slowly to avoid any clumps.

Apply as many coats of step 2 as you wish, until you achieve your desired volume.

For more intensity, as a final touch, gently apply the step 1 brush to your lower lashes.
