How To
Define & Fill: Create a baseline for your brow by tracing along the stencil with the Goof Proof Brow Pencil. Remove the stencil and fill in the rest of your brow. Flip the stencil horizontally then repeat on other eye.
Set: Apply 24-Hr Brow Setter to lock in place.
Highlight: For brighter, boosted and younger-looking eyes, apply the High Brow Highlight & Lift Pencil along brow bone and blend.
