What is Sephora Text & Collect?

Text and Collect is a convenient way for you to check product availability or reserve items in-store. Get in touch with us to reserve items and collect them from a store of your choice. The best part is, the service is completely free for all customers. You simply pay for your items upon collection.


How do I Text & Collect with Sephora?

Install WhatsApp mobile application on your phone from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Which Sephora stores offer the Sephora Text & Collect service?

Sephora Text & Collect is available at all 11 stores island-wide.


What happens once I reserve an item at a Sephora store?

Once an item is reserved at a Sephora store, you will receive a confirmation message with a unique ticket number. The reserved item will be ready for collection 2 hours after your reservation has been confirmed.


How do I collect my reserved items?

Please visit the specified Sephora store, approach any of our store staff, and present the confirmation message so that they can retrieve your reserved item(s). Once you review the reserved items, you may proceed to the cashier to make payments.

Note: You may ask someone to collect the reserved items on your behalf. They will need to present a copy of the confirmation message and make full payment upon collection.


TERMS & CONDITIONS:

For Sephora Text & Collect service (the "Service"):
- Your reservation will be ready for collection after 2 hours of confirmation.
Please present the confirmation message when you visit the specified Sephora store to pick up the reserved beauty products ( the "Items")
- The requested Items will be reserved for 3 days from the time of notification of confirmation. If you have not collected the Items after this date, the Items will be released from the reservation.
- You will pay for the Items in full at the store at the time of collection. No sensitive information should be shared with anyone posing as Sephora representatives to use this Service.
- You can use Gift Cards as applicable as a payment method to purchase Items that were reserved using this Service.
- Sephora will do its best to ensure that the Items are available at your preferred Sephora Store. However, from time to time, some products may be out of stock and there may be a chance that Sephora may not be able to reserve the requested Items or you may have to forego your reservation at a selected Sephora Store.
- Sephora reserves the right to withdraw products from reservation under this Service at any time.
